Recipient Policy

1. Order Recipient Verification

To protect our customers and ensure secure delivery, all orders must be received by:

The customer whose name appears on the order, or

An authorized recipient approved by the customer.


If someone else will receive the package, please notify us before delivery through WhatsApp, email, or our Contact Us page.



2. Delivery Identification Requirements

At the point of delivery, the courier may request:

Full name

Phone number

Order number


This helps us prevent mix-ups and makes sure every item reaches the correct person.



3. Failed Delivery Due to Unavailable Recipient

If the delivery attempt fails because the recipient is unavailable:

A second delivery attempt will be scheduled

Additional delivery fees may apply

Orders not received after multiple attempts may be returned to us


We will contact you if this happens.



4. Changing the Delivery Recipient

If you want someone else to receive your order, please send:

The person’s full name

Active phone number

Delivery address (if different)


Changes made after the order has shipped may delay delivery.



5. Lost Packages Due to Wrong Recipient Information

We are not responsible for packages delivered to:

Wrong phone numbers

Wrong addresses

Unauthorized recipients


…if the incorrect information was provided by the customer at checkout.

We advise double-checking your delivery information before submitting your order.



6. Confirming Delivery

All orders are considered delivered and completed once:

The courier marks it as “Delivered”, and

A recipient (you or your authorized person) signs or verbally confirms receipt.


For extra security, some deliveries may include:

Delivery photo

Phone call confirmation

OTP codes

 


7. Tampered or Unsealed Package

If you receive a package that looks tampered with, opened, or damaged:

Do NOT accept it

Inform the courier immediately

Contact us immediately with the details


We will investigate and resolve it promptly.
