Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love every piece you purchase from us. If something isn’t right, please review our return and refund rules below.



1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if:

The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

The item has not been used, worn, or altered

The item is in its original condition and packaging

You contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order


For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

Worn jewelry

Items exposed to perfume, water, cream, sweat, or chemicals

Customized/personalized items

 


2. Return Process

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

1. Contact us within 48 hours through WhatsApp, Instagram, or email


2. Provide:

Full name

Order number

Short description of the issue

Clear photo/video proof

 

3. Our team will review your claim


4. If approved, we will arrange a return pickup or provide a return address

 

Please do not send any item back without confirmation from our team.



3. Conditions for Return Approval

Your return will be approved only if:

The item is unused

The item is untampered and in its original packaging

All accessories (e.g., box, pouch, tags) are intact

The issue is valid and verified


If the returned item does not meet these conditions, it will be declined and sent back to you.



4. Exchange Policy

If your return is approved, you can choose:

A replacement of the same item, or

An exchange for another item (same value or higher with price difference)


Exchanges depend on stock availability.



5. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only under the following circumstances:

The item arrives damaged or defective, and no replacement is available

The wrong item was delivered and you do not want an exchange


Refunds are not issued for:

Change of mind

Wrong size chosen by the customer

Normal wear and tear after usage

Items damaged due to customer handling


If a refund is approved:

Refund will be processed within 2–5 working days

Refund will be issued via the original payment method, or

Credited as store credit, depending on your preference

 


6. Return Shipping Fees

If the issue is from us (wrong/damaged item):
We cover all return costs.

If the issue is from the customer (wrong address, wrong item ordered, etc.):
Customer will cover return delivery and re-delivery fees.

 


7. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

For safety/hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Earrings (if worn or removed from seal)

Items exposed to water, perfume, oil, chemicals

Items damaged by misuse or handling

Items without original packaging
