1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within:

Same day – 24 hours (for ready-to-ship items)

1–2 business days during high-order periods


Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been shipped.



2. Delivery Time (Nation-Wide)

We deliver nationwide through trusted logistics partners.

Typical delivery time:

Lagos: 1–2 working days

Abuja: 2–3 working days

Major cities (PH, Ibadan, Benin, Enugu, Kaduna, etc.): 2–4 working days

Other states / remote areas: 3–7 working days


Delivery time may vary depending on road conditions, weather, or festive periods.



3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you:

A tracking number (where applicable)

Courier contact details

Delivery updates

SMS or WhatsApp notifications (depending on your location)


If tracking is unavailable for your area, our team will send updates manually.



4. Incorrect Delivery Information

Please double-check your:

Name

Phone number

Address

State and LGA


We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect information.

If a correction is needed, contact us immediately before the order is shipped.



5. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to reach you:

They will make 1–2 additional attempts

Re-delivery fees may apply if the delivery fails repeatedly

If the courier returns the package to us, additional fees may apply to resend it


We always contact you before the parcel is returned.



6. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears:

Opened

Torn

Squeezed

Tampered with


Please do not accept it. Inform the courier immediately and contact us with proof.

We will resolve the issue quickly.

 

7. Public Holidays & Peak Periods

During festive seasons (Christmas, Easter, Black Friday, etc.), deliveries may take longer.

We encourage customers to place orders early during high-traffic seasons.
